Terms and Conditions for Royal Journey Tourism

Welcome to Royal Journey Tourism. By booking any of our tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Reservation & Payment

• Your reservation is confirmed upon receiving a 25% advance deposit.
• The remaining 75% payment must be made at the time of your tour.

1. Booking and Payments

1.1 A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or as agreed.
1.2 Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
1.3 Prices are subject to change without notice; however, rates confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour will be eligible for a full refund.
2.2 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour.
2.3 In case of cancellations by Royal Journey Tourism due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety issues), we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour date.

3. Changes to Bookings

3.1 Changes to your booking can be requested up to 48 hours before the tour. We will accommodate changes subject to availability.
3.2 Royal Journey Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 Royal Journey Tourism is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour. Guests participate at their own risk.
4.2 We recommend that all guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, and unforeseen cancellations.

5. Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Guests must follow the instructions of the tour guide and adhere to all safety guidelines.
5.2 Royal Journey Tourism reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others during the tour.
5.3 Any damage to vehicles, equipment, or property caused by a guest will be the guest’s responsibility.

6. Special Requirements

6.1 If you have any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can accommodate you.

7. Photography and Media

7.1 Royal Journey Tourism reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the guest in writing.
7.2 Guests may take photos and videos for personal use, but commercial use is prohibited without prior consent.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
8.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for processing your reservation and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
